My favourite is definitely the bar stools which feature gold legs and pink cushion! Even my mom can’t help but start taking tons of photos.

For drinks, my sister and I each ordered a glass of Prosecco, which costs RM18 (per glass). Whilst, my mum ordered a glass of Cafaggio Chianti Classico Italian red wine, which costs RM20.

If you visit during the Shower Time (5.30pm to 8.00pm), the menu is pretty limited as it only serves snacks. So while waiting for the dinner menu, we decided to order some small bites. We ordered crostini with Char Siew, French Onion and Smoked Salmon dips. Among these 3 dips, Smoked Salmon is definitely my ultimate favourite. And I love how crispy the Crostini is! The Crostini costs RM32.

And of course, how can we not order these fancy desserts. We ordered two chocolate pearls. One in white chocolate and one in dark chocolate. It costs RM15 each.

P.S not only they are delicious but look how gorgeous the presentation of the food is! I also fall head over heels for their galaxy marble accent silverware.

I’m glad we decided to wait for the dinner menu. If not we are going to miss this utterly mouth-watering Hokkaido Scallops. The staff also told me that the chef would constantly change the way they prepare every single dish. Hence, visit here more often to check out how one dish is served in different ways.

Hokkaido Scallops costs RM64.

Lastly, we had Japanese strawberry as our last dish. I got to said this is by far the most expensive Japanese strawberry I had in my life, as this small plate costs RM32. I would probably not going to order this the next round.

In short, this bar is definitely worth the hype and visit!

The Great Ocean Road, You Will Regret For Not Going!

great-ocean-road-travel-guide

The Great Ocean Road has always been on my bucket list and finally I get to visit it when I went on a business trip last October. I’ve seen so many photos of the Great Ocean Road on the social medias and it always feels like I’ve been there, but of course nothing beats the real thing!  The Great Ocean Road is known as one of the best road trips on the earth and YES it definitely claims it crowns!

Hence, if you’re visiting Victoria, make sure you take some time to travel the Great Ocean Road! You’re going to regret af if you miss it!

Since, I do not have much time in Victoria, I do not hire a car (which I’m pretty regret, but I’m definitely going back in the near future). If you are planning to do the drive properly, I would suggest you to go the full length plus stop at towns, try not to cramp everything in a day as it is definitely impossible, try to go for 2-3 days and book accommodation along the way. I’ve joined a bus tour >> click here for more information

Leaving Melbourne, our first stop is one of the Great Ocean Road’s surf beaches, Urquart Bluff. Our tour guide is super thoughtful, she has prepared  us some hot drinks and biscuits. We then took our own sweet time and enjoy our breakfast while talking with each other at this beautiful spot. It totally feels like we’re on a school trip.

Don’t you sleep away your entire journey, as you don’t want to miss the picturesque ocean view along the way.

Memorial Arch

After our breakfast we stopped by the Memorial Arch which is a popular destination to stop at, as it is the beginning of the Great Ocean Road. Many will take the opportunity to stop by to take a photo with the arch and the statue, commemorating their adventure.

Mt Defiance Lookout

We then continue our journey and stopped by the Mt Defiance lookout which is approximately 10kms from Lorne. Here, is William Buckley’s First Permanent Resting Place where you get to know how fascinating William Buckley get to survive despite all the odds.

Kennett River

These are the lunch we had at the Iluka Restaurant in Apollo Bay. And after our hearty lunch, we went to  Maits Rest Rainforest. Situated in the Otway Rainforest you will see some of the tallest Eucalyptus Trees in Australia.

The drive along Port Campbell National Park where the well-known, magnificent 12 Apostles is situated is definitely another scenic stretch where you could see wild seascapes and lush greenery with goats and horses. P.S If you want to prevent the crowd and have the best view, visit during the golden hour such as sunrise or sunset! If you would love to enjoy the view from above, you could also go for a helicopter ride.

Loch-Ard-Gorge-Great-Ocean-Road

After that, we went to  Loch Ard Gorge, which situated at the stretch of coast which is renowned for its collection of shipwrecks due to rough waves and indeterminable ocean. This place is definitely my favourite as there are many routes to discover, ranging from the geology of the region on a 900m return walk along the coastline to the limestone cliffs.

How I Style Black Statement Hoodie

black-statement-hoodie-outfit-girl

You probably already knew that I’m a girl who live in sweaters and sneakers. If you don’t, now you know (lol). Usually I tend to style hoodie with a pair of distressed skinnies, or a pair of shorts for that comfy and chic look. However, this is not the look I go for today.

***The black statement hoodie which I’m wearing is sponsored by Shein. But as usual, I won’t be bias and all my opinions are truthful.

P.S. Don’t be a stranger, let’s connect on Instagram as well!

How-I-Style-Black-Statement-Hoodie

The hoodie itself is pretty thin, tbh it is more like a sweatshirt, but I’m totally fine with it as Malaysia is hot and humid throughout the year. And I get to layer it with jackets or a shirt underneath when the temperature drops. Hence, if you’re looking for thick hoodie, you might just skip this.

I got drawn to this hoodie the moment I spot the full moon graphic on the center and the ribbon drawstring with letters on it. I absolutely love how they instantly spice up this black hoodie and add that edgy vibe. If you don’t favor black, this hoodie comes with several colours! P.S remember to size up as the hoodie runs in a smaller size. The one I’m wearing is in size XL.

black-statement-hoodie-outfit-inspiration

For this look, I wanted something minimal, edgy and feminine at the same time. Hence, I teamed the hoodie with a black denim short skirt, and a pair of white adidas superstar sneakers.
