You know how much I love stripes by just looking at my usual day to day outfit! I really love stripes especially when they are printed on a button down shirt. You can literally team them with anything and everything. Ranging from jeans or a skirt and you will instantly look put together even though you just spend 5 minutes in getting ready (totally a cheatsheet! Don’t believe? Try it yourself!)
Check out how I styled striped off the shoulder here!
Instead of showcasing the button down front like the usual pieces, this top from Zara has them in a hidden manner which makes me love this top so much more. As it gives you a cleaner and minimal look. With the slightly oversized silhouette, this top is super comfy to live in while staying chic. The highlight of this top probably lies on the back which it showcases a bow accent and a cutout back. Making this top anything but boring!
To complement this striped button down shirt, I coordinate it with my all time favourite, black denim button down skirt. If you’re not a fan of skirt, you can always team it with jeans. For this top, a pair of white jeans can never go wrong especially they can intensify your summer nautical vibe.
For bag, I carried my seagrass hue saddle crossbody which featuring ring detail. The blue green hue just complements my top so well. Lastly, I finished off my look with a pair of white slip on with sling back detailing. This pair of shoes is extremely easy to wear especially when you’re running out of time and just want to slip on your shoes and look on point!

It’s never to late to be whoever you want to be. Live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, have the strength to start over.
Hey peeps, recently I’ve been listening to lots of music ranging from English, Chinese, to Korean. So, I thought why not I compile all my favourites. Hope you find one or two songs to add into your list!
When I first heard of “make them jealous”, I thought they were Korean Americans but no they are Singaporeans! The Sam Willows consists of four members and it is a Singaporean pop band formed in May 2012. They are seriously super talented and the music production is just BAAAM! Make sure you check em out!
My second music favourite is from this Taiwanese singer, songwriter and music producer 宋念宇. I’ve been listening to his song when he first debuted. I hardly listen to Chinese songs but when I do, his songs are definitely in the top list. 所谓的爱 is another great song which I nearly break the loop button!
And of course, how can I not include IU’s palette in my favourites?! To be honest, this song is so damn good especially when you listen it with your headphones!! The intro already got me sucked in so bad! P.S If you’re looking for some chill vibe songs for your vlogs! This song will definitely be a great choice!
Another Korean song which I’m totally vibin’ is Really Really from Winner! The song with the repetitive title “REALLY REALLY” turns out to be kind of nice chill track. It’s a low-key dance track that makes you can’t help but to nod with the beats! And the boys’ voices just blend in so well. I love the pulsing synths and how the chorus builds, but blends in with the rest of the song. I guess you can say I ‘Really Really’ like this song.
I don’t really listen to any of their songs, until my friend, Kim recommended me this! I got hooked the minute they dropped the first beat (no kidding!). By listening to the intro, or the background music, you will think it is an English song tho! I love how they incorporate that EDM beat or “The Chainsmokers” inspired arrangement within the context of the track’s stronger moments.
I stumbled upon this song on Spotify and wondering what makes it the top in so many countries’ playlists. And no doubt, after one listen, I’m hooked! It seriously makes me want to learn Spanish so bad just to sing along! And I’ve got to admit Justin Bieber’s voice really fits this song perfectly.
Lany!! I’m soooo delighted I discovered them months ago! It is indeed one of my best treasures! If you love that summer chill vibe kind of songs, their music will be your perfect summer playlist I’m literally diggin’ every single song! Trust me, it will make you winter feels like summer full of pink skies, palm trees, and sea breeze!
I know Im a little too late but I only stumble upon this song on Spotify. Everything about this song is on point, the vocal, the rhythm and the lyrics which reflects most of the relationships happening around us!
When I first listened to the intro, I thought I wouldn’t like this song but nope I totally love it. This song gets better when it reaches the bridge (which is extremely rich in vocabulary) and the chorus! I remembered I looped this song for 2 days straight and the lyrics just stuck in my head!
My last favourite is from Tyler Ward & Jada Facer’s cover. I don’t really favour the original version but I just love how he changed the upbeat and rock version to this soothing, mellow and kind of sad melody. It just brings all sort of memories back. This track also makes a perfect summer song though.
When it comes to my favourite style, stripes, white palette, and showing off a little shoulder always make to the top of my list! Hence, when these three come together, I just couldn’t help but need to get my hands on em!
If you ask me, one can never own too many stripes! They are extremely versatile to cruise into any occasion and season. Whether you want to look smart for corporate or casual for weekends, stripes can never be wrong! The key of wearing stripes is, when you choose the vertical ones, they can actually elongate your figure and make you look leaner.
P.S If you want to inject nautical vibes to your outfit this summer, simply just opt white or blue stripes!
For this look, I wanted to create that summery and “mediterranean vacation” kind of look. For top, I’ve chosen this white striped cold shoulder top from Mango. This top has literally every details Im obsessed with. First, it showcases a cold shoulder cut that flaunts your skin without really bearing it all. Then, it has this frilly frills trimming the neckline, making this top utterly feminine and romantic. This top also showcases a tie front but I prefer to tuck it in for this look. And of course the vertical stripes that amplify the nautical vibe and elongates your figure.
To complement my top, I’ve picked a light washed denim midi skirt. When comes to Summer, white and blue just come hand in hand! This midi length skirt showcases a button down front, two front pockets and a raw hem. You can never say no when there are pockets right (especially when you don’t know how to pose your hands in your ootds, literally the best prop to use)!
For accessories, I kept it minimal, and clean in order to complement my colour palette. Hence, I’ve chosen my new favourite, white mini leather crossbody from Zara. And for shoes, I slipped into my usual Adidas Super Star.

Be the one who wakes up with purpose and intent. Be the one who shows up and never give up. Be the one who believes anything is possible and is willing to work for it!
Bandana trend is officially back (YESSSS!) and it’s time for everyone to rejoice! Seriously, I’m so obsessed with bandana as it is the perfect accessory to elevate your fashion game! It’s literally a square print fabric which you can transform into various styles and shapes. You can tie it around your neck (which is the most classic way), your wrist, your head, or even on your bag! It’s extremely simple, subtle and effortless to work with!
For this look, I used my yellow bandana to spice up my white tee to create an elevated casual look. For bottoms, I go for a pair of mom jeans. Yes, MOM JEANS. You do not hear wrongly! I’m willing to bet that when you think of mom jeans, you would think of what on earth makes you want to wear these unflattering and downright hideous? Trust me, mom jeans can turn an outfit from boring to extraordinary as long as you find the great fit for your body type. Besides, they are super comfy to cruise from day to night! My favourite mom jeans are from TopShop as they showcase high rise cut (tbh they hide all your belly), relaxed fit, but slightly tapered and cropped which makes you look lean and tall! Then, I finished off the look with my trusty Adidas Stan Smith, a bold red lip to add a pop of colour, and a white mini crossbody.
This is definitely a look everyone can pull off easily and rock to classes, running errands, or the offices (if there’s no strict attire rules like mine). Most important is you don’t need to break the bank as I bet everyone’s wardrobe has at least one white basic tee. If it’s not white, you probably have them in black or grey.
P.S My favourite white basic tees are from Tommy Hilfiger and Zara in case you’re interested in getting yourself new ones. Tommy Hilfiger is my ultimate favourite when I want a figure hugging silhouette. And the quality is amazing even after numbers of wash. Besides, it also features a tiny logo on the top left, instantly makes your white tee anything but boring without overdo. For a slouchy fit, my favourite will be Zara’s. As it is very soft, airy and slightly slouchy which is super comfy to live in it!

You don’t need to see the whole staircase, you only need to take the first step
Hey peeps, it’s weekend again which means another lookbook from me. This season is all about how serious your flower power game is! And if you’re a fan of floral print like me, this is definitely a great opportunity to wear all your favourite floral pieces!
For a chic and elevated weekend look, I teamed this floral print sheer long sleeved blouse with my Levi’s 311 shaping skinny jeans, and a pair of black slips.
I absolutely love this floral print top from Zara as it features a unique and gorgeous floral print. I don’t really come across anything similar like this before. And of course the ruffle neck is a huge plus point! Aside from these, the long cuffed sleeves with ruffle deets make me love this top even more. First, they give you the versatility to cruise into any occasion. Second, they cover all your flaws! Talk about those untoned arms lol. P.S the sheer kind of fabric also shows off your skin without really revealing all, making it very flirty but in a modish manner.
I teamed it with Levi’s shaping skinny to make all the attentions on my blouse. I don’t prefer too many details scatter all around the place. Besides, the uneven hem (which I d.i.y) will elongate my leg.
If you don’t favor pants, you can always team it with a mini skirt for a flirty and girlish finish.
